What is x25SapControl?
A write-only control object used to issue one-time actions on this SAP: clearStats(1) resets the SAP's statistics counters (x25SapStats* objects), enableSap(2) (lower SAPs only) forces reconnection to the sub-layer after a prior disable, and disableSap(3) (lower SAPs only) forces disconnection from the sub-layer. An admin uses enableSap/disableSap to manually bounce a stuck lower-SAP data link, or clearStats to reset counters before a fresh measurement window.
