What is x25PvcDstTxPacketSize?

Overrides the destination SAP's default transmit packet size for this specific PVC (16-4096 bytes, default 128); despite the DESCRIPTION text literally repeating the wording for 'receive packet size' (an apparent copy-paste from x25PvcDstRxPacketSize), the object's own name and position (transmit, on the destination side) make clear this governs the destination side's transmit packet size. An admin sets this when the destination side's outbound packet size for a permanent circuit must differ from the SAP default.
