Description: A logical link is a group of one or more lower service access points(SAPs) created for the purpose of route balancing. Two types of route balancing algorithms are supported: prioritized or balanced.
In order to use a logical link group for routing, one or more route table entries must be created that refer to the group.
Members of a logical link group are uniquely identified by two values: SAP Number and CES.
