What is x25CugSbscrOutCallsBarred?
Controls whether this CUG member subscribes to Outgoing Calls Barred within the closed user group. Note: the source DESCRIPTION text for the 'true' option is self-contradictory -- it says subscribing 'permits this member to originate virtual calls... but prevents this member from originating virtual calls', a copy-paste error apparently pulled from the InCallsBarred description rather than a genuine outgoing-calls restriction; based on the object's name and its symmetry with x25CugSbscrInCallsBarred, subscribed (true) should be read as barring this member from originating (outgoing) calls to other CUG members while still allowing it to receive them, with not subscribed (false) as the default allowing both directions, per X.25 Section 6.6.
