What is nbParStop?

This enumerated value packs together the serial line's data bits, parity, and stop bits for this port, with values like p7Odd1 meaning 7 data bits/odd parity/1 stop bit and p8None2 meaning 8 data bits/no parity/2 stop bits. An admin sets it to match the framing expected by the attached device, e.g. a modem requiring 8N1 uses p8None1.
