What is cxModuleHwResetTimeOut?

This read-write value sets, in seconds (0 to 4,294,967,295), a countdown delay before the next scheduled card reset, and the system begins counting down immediately once set. Admins use it to schedule a graceful, configuration-saving reset of the card rather than an abrupt one, useful when a change requires a reboot but traffic needs to drain first. Setting this to 300 would tell the card to save its configuration and reset itself five minutes later.
