What is mlpppNbActiveUSap?

This OID reports how many MLPPP upper Service Access Points (SAPs) have been initialized, out of up to 100 supported. Upper SAPs interact with the network layer, so this count tells an engineer how many network-facing MLPPP links are currently active on the box.
