What is mlpppNbActiveLSap?
This OID reports how many MLPPP lower Service Access Points (SAPs) have been initialized, out of up to 100 supported, each with an associated PPP link. An engineer compares this to mlpppNbActiveUSap to see the ratio of physical PPP links to upper-layer bundles currently in use.
