What is lapbcnvSapRowStatus?
Controls whether a SAP configuration row is active: set it to valid(2) to add or modify a SAP entry, or invalid(1) to delete it immediately from the table (though the SAP keeps operating until the next reset). Defaults to valid(2), so an admin typically only touches this when provisioning or removing a SAP.
