What is gmfCntOutFlowCtrlWanSide?
This counts how many times the GMF layer slowed its own muxing of data traffic in response to BECN-flagged congestion messages from the Frame Relay layer, reset to zero whenever gmfControlStats is set to clearStats. A high count indicates the WAN side is frequently signaling congestion back to this link.
