What is gmfCntInFlowCtrlMuxSide?
This counts how many times the GMF layer told the Voice/Data Compression module to slow its traffic, reset to zero whenever gmfControlStats is set to clearStats. A high count suggests the Voice/Data module is regularly outpacing what the GMF layer can mux.
