Description: Identifies the number of RESPONSE packets sent/received by the device. Only the termianl sends RESPONSE packets. The host DSP counts the number of packets received. The terminal DSP counts the number of packets sent.
What is dspDevResponse?
This counts RESPONSE packets sent or received by this device -- the terminal DSP counts packets it sends, while the host DSP counts packets it receives, since only the terminal originates RESPONSE packets. Use it to verify the terminal is actually responding to the host's commands.
