What is bscSapNumber?
This is the numeric index that identifies one BSC (Binary Synchronous Communications) service access point within the bscSapTable, and is unique per SAP on the module. An admin uses it to correlate rows in this table (and the related controller-unit and device tables) back to a specific physical or logical BSC port.
