What is bscDevError?
This counter tallies the number of blocks received in error (excluding BCC/CRC errors, which are counted separately) for this controller unit's traffic with this device. A climbing count here, without a matching rise in bscSapCrcError, points an admin toward a protocol-level rather than line-level fault.
