What is bcmUSapVoiceCallRoutingMode?

Read-write enum (not-used/address/subaddress/address-and-subaddress, defaults to not-used) determining how this upper SAP passes called-party routing information up to the voice application when an incoming call arrives. Set this to address or subaddress if the voice application needs the called number/extension passed out-of-band rather than relying on in-band signaling.
