What is bcmDslRowStatus?
Read-write enum (invalid/valid) controlling whether this DSL's configuration row stays active; setting it to invalid flags the row for removal on the next reset. An admin sets this to invalid when decommissioning a physical line so it's cleanly removed from the config on the next reboot.
