Description: This status instance does not support `createAndGo.' A row entry should be created by a set of `createAndWait' which brings the status to `notReady.' The missing row info may then be supplied by setting nwIpWgDefHostAddr and nwIpWgDefSubnetMask. If defaults are OK for nwIpWgDefFastPath and nwIpWgDefSecurity this status instance may then be set to `active' to activate the row.
