What is ctdlswUpTime?
This is the elapsed time, in hundredths of a second, since the DLSw portion of the system was last enabled. It helps an admin gauge service stability, since a low uptime long after the device should have been running suggests a recent restart or crash. For example, an uptime reading of only 500 (5 seconds) right after a known outage confirms DLSw services just came back up.
