What is ctdlswOperStatus?
This read-only value reports whether the DLSw service is actually running device-wide, independent of what the administrative setting requests. It lets an admin verify that a requested enable actually took effect rather than assuming success. For example, an admin sets ctdlswAdminStatus to enable(3) but this object still reads disabled(2), signalling a startup failure that needs investigation.
