What is ctdlswEventTime?
This is a timestamp, measured in hundredths of a second relative to the device's own clock, recording exactly when a given DLSw event occurred. It lets an admin correlate a logged DLSw event with other activity on the device by time. For example, an event timestamp matching the exact moment a WAN link flapped helps confirm the SNA session drop was link-related rather than coincidental.
