What is nwDecIVFwdCtrOutPkts?
nwDecIVFwdCtrOutPkts is a read-only Counter tracking the total number of DECnet packets that have been transmitted, system-wide, aggregated across every DECnet-enabled router port on this device, during the relevant OperationalTime measurement window. Admins compare this against the received count to see how much DECnet traffic is actually being sent back out, which helps spot asymmetric or one-sided traffic patterns. For example, if the transmitted pkts count stays far below the received count system-wide, that imbalance would prompt an admin to check why so little is going back out across the whole device.
