What is nwDecIVAclDestAddress?

nwDecIVAclDestAddress is a read-write DECnet address specifying the destination address this access control list entry compares against, where the area ID or node ID portion can be set to 0 as a wildcard matching all areas or all nodes. An admin configures this to define which destination traffic a permit or deny rule applies to, using the wildcard option to cover a whole area rather than one node. For example, setting nwDecIVAclDestAddress with the node ID as 0 for area 3 creates a rule matching traffic to any node within DECnet area 3.
