What is fnbConnect?
This read-write enumerated integer denotes the connection status of a CSMA/CD board to the inter-RIC bus, with values including connectA, connectB, connectC, disconnect, and subnet-related options. An administrator sets this to control which internal subnet or bus segment an Ethernet board is connected to within the chassis's internal switching fabric. For example, to move an Ethernet board from one internal segment to another for traffic isolation, the admin changes this object from connectB(1) to connectC(2).
