What is nwAtportNetAddress?
This read-write AtDdpNodeAddress holds the AppleTalk node number configured for a router port, which the description says may serve as a hint for the initial node number tried during node-finding, and it is three zero octets on a non-native AppleTalk port. An administrator can set it to steer which node address the router prefers to claim on that segment. Setting nwAtportNetAddress to a known-free node number can speed up the router's AppleTalk node-finding process at startup on that port.
