What is nwAtProtoCtrOutPkts?
This read-only Counter totals AppleTalk routing-protocol packets transmitted, system-wide, during the current nwAtProtoCtrOperationalTime interval. An administrator compares it with the inbound routing-protocol counter to see whether the device is announcing routes at a rate proportional to what it's receiving. An unusually high nwAtProtoCtrOutPkts relative to peers could mean this router is re-advertising an excessive number of routes across its AppleTalk ports.
