What is nwAtProtoCtrInPkts?
This read-only Counter totals AppleTalk routing-protocol packets received, system-wide, during the current nwAtProtoCtrOperationalTime interval. An administrator uses it to see how much route-update traffic the device is receiving overall. A sudden surge in nwAtProtoCtrInPkts across the whole device could indicate a routing instability event, like a flapping link, triggering excessive route re-announcements somewhere on the AppleTalk network.
