What is nwAtNetDiagOutboundZIPStatus?
This read-write enumerated value reports the current state of the outbound ZIP diagnostic, distinguishing an ordinary query in progress from an ATP-based exchange or a get-net-info request still running, versus done. An admin monitors this field to know exactly which phase of a multi-step ZIP diagnostic (such as a get-net-info exchange) is executing before reading result fields. For example, seeing gniInProgress after triggering a get-net-info request tells the admin the router is still waiting on that specific ZIP exchange rather than a simple zone query.
