What is nwAtNetDiagOutboundZIPGetNetInfoNetStart?

This read-write AppleTalk network number field records the starting network number returned by the most recent successful ZIP get-net-info diagnostic request. An admin reviews this alongside the corresponding NetEnd field to verify the network range associated with the queried zone. For example, a returned value of 300 here paired with a NetEnd of 310 would tell the admin the queried zone spans AppleTalk networks 300 through 310.
