What is nwAtFwdCtrFwdBytes?
This read-only Counter totals the bytes in AppleTalk packets actually forwarded, system-wide, during the current nwAtFwdCtrOperationalTime interval. An administrator uses it to measure transit byte volume separately from traffic that originates or terminates at the router itself. Comparing nwAtFwdCtrFwdBytes against total inbound bytes helps a technician judge what fraction of AppleTalk traffic the router is merely passing through versus locally processing.
