What is nwAppnSysMaxTdmNodes?
This read-write integer (0-65535) caps how many nodes can be stored in the Topology Database, with 0 meaning unlimited. On a memory-constrained router in a very large APPN network, capping this prevents topology data from consuming unbounded memory. An admin might set this to 2000 to bound topology growth on a smaller branch router that still needs backbone visibility.
