What is nwAppnIsrOperStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the current system-wide operating condition of the Intermediate Session Routing (ISR) protocol on the device, using values such as other, disabled, enabled, or pendingDisable. It gives an administrator the actual runtime state of ISR, which is meaningful even though the companion admin-status object cannot change it. Seeing nwAppnIsrOperStatus report a pendingDisable-type value would tell an operator that ISR is in the middle of shutting down some sessions before going fully inactive.
