This read-write enumeration (yes(1)/no(2)) specifies whether dynamic links generated on this port are treated as a limited resource, meaning they get torn down automatically when no sessions are using them. This is useful for metered or dial-on-demand ports where an admin wants links to disconnect automatically rather than sit idle and rack up connect charges. An admin using a switched, billed-per-minute backup port would set this to yes(1) so idle links don't stay connected unnecessarily.
