What is ctATMVclVci?
This read-only INTEGER, ranging 1 through 65535, gives the VCI value of the virtual channel link described by this row. An admin uses this together with the VPI to uniquely identify the ATM virtual circuit represented by this row. For example, a VCI value of 5 with VPI 0 is the well-known signaling VCC found on many ATM interfaces.
