What is ctATMTrafficServiceCategoriesSupportedBitMask?

This read-only BITS value, with bits such as other, pvcBandwidthAllocation, cbr, and vbrnrt, indicates which ATM traffic service categories are actually supported on a physical interface. An admin checks this to know which QoS service categories can be requested on a given ATM port before attempting to configure them. For example, seeing the cbr(2) bit set but not a variable-bit-rate bit confirms this interface can carry Constant Bit Rate circuits but not VBR-NRT circuits.
