Description: If this object is set to enable, then redundancy for this interface is enabled.
If this object is set to disable, redundancy is disabled. If redundancy is disabled, then automatic switching to backup ports will not be available.
Periodic testing of ports is independent of ctATMPhyRedundStatus and is controlled by ctATMPhyRedundPerformTest.

What is ctATMPhyRedundStatus?
This read-write INTEGER, enable or disable, turns automatic switching to backup ports on or off for the interface's redundancy group, while periodic port testing continues independently under ctATMPhyRedundPerformTest regardless of this setting. An admin toggles this to control whether automatic failover is active for a redundant port group. For example, setting this to disable(2) during planned maintenance prevents the redundancy logic from automatically switching ports while the admin manually tests the backup port.
