This read-only INTEGER, ranging from 1 to ctATMLANEInfoExtStatusNumQueues, gives the list index for a traffic-management queue entry belonging to a LEC. An admin uses this to identify which of the LEC's configured traffic-management queues a given row describes. For example, index 2 identifies the second of this LEC's configured traffic-management queues, distinct from index 1.
