This read-only DisplayString of up to 32 characters, reading NULL if the LEC is operational, describes the amount of time left in the LEC's current state before it will retry. An admin reads this while a LEC is stuck trying to come up, to see how long until the next retry attempt. For example, a non-null value showing several seconds remaining tells the admin the LEC is in a retry backoff and will attempt to progress again shortly, whereas a NULL value confirms the LEC is already operational.
