What is ctPicDiagIndex?
This read-only INTEGER, the same instance value as ctPicIndex in ctPicTable, identifies the specific PIC instance a diagnostic entry pertains to. An admin uses this together with ctPicDiagSlot to pinpoint exactly which PIC chip's diagnostics a row describes. For example, index 1 combined with slot 3 identifies the diagnostic result for the first PIC chip on the card in slot 3.
