What is ctPicDiagID?
This read-only INTEGER, ranging from 1 to 8, uniquely identifies which of up to eight diagnostic entries a given row describes for a PIC. An admin uses this to distinguish between multiple diagnostic test results stored for the same chip. For example, diagnostic ID 3 versus diagnostic ID 5 on the same PIC represent two distinct self-test outcomes recorded for that chip.
