OID (symbolic): CT-DAWANCONN-MIB::daWanNumConnections
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.4497.17.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: This is the total number of connection objects currently in the system.
What is daWanNumConnections?
This read-only INTEGER(0..2147483647) reports the total number of individual WAN connection objects currently tracked by the system, as distinct from the device-level cache count. An admin monitors this to see overall WAN connection load across all peers combined, not just per device. For example, a connection count much higher than the number of cached WAN devices would indicate several peers each have multiple simultaneous connections bonded together.
