What is usedProgsNumber?

This read-only integer counts the total number of MPEG programs currently defined on the device, including both active and inactive ones. An admin monitors this to track how close the device is to its program-table capacity as more channels or services are configured. For example, before adding a new TV channel's program mapping, an admin checks usedProgsNumber against maxProgsNumber to confirm there's room.
