Description: A unique handle which identies a program.
What is progIndex?
This read-only integer is the unique handle identifying a specific program entry, obtained beforehand from progNextIndex. An admin references this index in all subsequent operations on that program's attributes, such as its name, number, or transport rate. For example, an admin renaming a specific channel would target progIndex 3 when setting progName rather than affecting any other program.
