Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

What is maxProgsNumber?

This read-only integer is the hardware ceiling on the number of MPEG programs the device can host at once. An admin uses this as the capacity limit when planning how many more channels can be added to the gateway. For example, a facility running close to maxProgsNumber would need to retire an old program entry before adding a new channel.
