Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Max number of available connection objects.

What is maxConnectionsNumber?

This read-only integer reports the ceiling on how many connection-table entries the device supports for linking ingress content to egress streams. An admin treats this as the hard limit on how many simultaneous stream-to-stream remappings the gateway can maintain. For example, a facility running many one-to-many program splits would need to watch this number to avoid exhausting connection capacity.
