Module: CROSSSTREAM-MIB

OID (symbolic): CROSSSTREAM-MIB::maxAtmStreamsNumber

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4962.2.1.2.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Description: Max number of available Transport Streams available in the system

What is maxAtmStreamsNumber?

This read-only integer reports the hardware ceiling on how many ATM transport streams the device can support. An admin uses this fixed capacity figure as the denominator when capacity-planning how many more ATM services can be added. For example, if maxAtmStreamsNumber is 64 and usedAtmStreamsNumber is already 60, the admin knows only 4 more ATM streams can be provisioned before an upgrade is needed.
