Description: Source PID number associated with the connection table. Source PID number is linked to an ingress stream. A value of 'zero' indicates that all pids in the parent program are connected to the egress stream.
What is ingressPidIndex?
This read-write integer specifies the source PID number linked to the ingress stream for a connection entry, with zero meaning all PIDs in the parent program are passed through. An admin uses this to route just one elementary stream, say a single audio track, out of a program rather than the entire program. For example, setting ingressPidIndex to a specific audio PID's number extracts just that audio track for remapping to a different egress destination.
