What is procStateGenIndex?
This read-only INTEGER is the index into the processor state generic table. An administrator uses it to tie a row's heartbeat, program signature, and state attributes back to a specific CPU. For example, polling this index alongside procStateGenHeartbeat identifies exactly which processor a stalled heartbeat belongs to.
