platformProcClockFreq

Module: CRI-SERVER-MIB

OID (symbolic): CRI-SERVER-MIB::platformProcClockFreq

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.34.2.1.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This member is the current processor clock frequency of the platform. The unit is in Hz.

What is platformProcClockFreq?

This read-only INTEGER reports the platform's current processor clock frequency in Hz. An administrator checks this to verify processors are running at the expected speed relative to the interconnect, especially after a clock configuration change. For example, an unexpectedly low processor clock frequency reading could explain a domain running slower than benchmarks would predict.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.34.2.1.1.6
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CRI-SERVER-MIB::platformProcClockFreq

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.34.2.1.1.6.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CRI-SERVER-MIB::platformProcClockFreq.1
