What is confNumIoCab?

This read-only INTEGER reports the number of I/O cabinets connected to the system, with a Starfire maximum of 3. An administrator checks this to confirm all expansion I/O cabinets attached to the platform are recognized. For example, if a third I/O cabinet was just cabled in but this count still shows 2, the admin knows the cabinet has not yet registered with the platform.
