Description: The MIB object that is used to power off this bulk power supply. On writing, it powers off this bulk power supply.
What is bulkPowerGenControl?
This read-write INTEGER, with off(1) as its only defined value, powers off this bulk power supply when written. An administrator uses this to deliberately shut down a specific bulk supply, for example ahead of a hardware swap, since like the control board object it only supports commanding power off. For example, writing off(1) here before replacing a failing bulk supply ensures it is de-energized first.
